How much does shipping cost?
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150, automatically applied at checkout.
Standard Shipping: $14.95 flat rate
- NSW, ACT, QLD, SA, VIC & TAS: 2-7 Business Days. NT & WA: 7-11 Business Days. All delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch and serve as an estimate only.
Express Shipping: $19.95 flat rate
- NSW, ACT, QLD, SA, VIC & TAS: 1-3 Business Days. NT & WA: 3-5 Business Days. All delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch and serve as an estimate only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days. During busy promotional periods, this might extend to five business days. Delivery times are calculated from the dispatch date.
Here are the estimated delivery timeframes for Standard Shipping once your order has been dispatched:
- NSW & ACT: 2-5 business days
- QLD & VIC: 3-5 business days
- SA: 4-6 business days
- TAS: 5-6 business days
- NT: 7-10 business days
- WA: 7-11 business days
How long does Express Shipping take?
Like our Standard Shipping, we aim to dispatch Express orders within two business days (up to five during peak times). Here are the estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch:
- NSW & ACT: 1-2 business days
- QLD, SA, VIC & TAS: 2-3 business days
- NT: 3-4 business days
- WA: 3-5 business days
How do I track my delivery?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Australia from our Australian website.
I've received my order, but there's an issue. What should I do?
Oh no! We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us immediately on our contact us page with details and/or images of any issues. We'll do our best to help!
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of dispatch for products that are unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. For all return inquiries, please contact us through our website
Can I change my delivery address after I've placed my order?
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us promptly here (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm AEST). We're happy to accommodate changes for orders that haven't been dispatched yet.
